Cecret Lake
The weather was so beautiful yesterday, we just had to do something outside. We decided to take a drive around the Salt Lake area and then go on a hike in one of the canyons. I had done a nice, easy hike to Lake Mary some time ago, so this became our destination. My memory was not perfectly clear, however, on whether this hike started in Big Cottonwood Canyon or Little Cottonwood Canyon, and since our quick internet query directed us to Little Cottonwood Canyon, that's where we went. Well, it turns out that the hike I had done before was in the other canyon, so we set off on a new trail in search of Cecret Lake, which we found to be an equally picturesque setting. The weather was perfect, and the hike was very doable, even with a seven-month-old.
